Kentucky Realtors Buyer Representation Agreement

These agreements clearly lay out what services you (as a homebuyer) expect your real estate professional to provide, and what your real estate professional will be paid. These agreements make things clear and reduce any potential confusion at the outset of your relationship with your real estate professional.

While this is a scary looking document, it’s really just a long way to let you know how I get paid as a Realtor. While it is a binding agreement between us, it can be for short periods of time for a specific house and then done, or if we know the search is going to be a longer process we can make it for a longer period of time. We can be specific to the price range, type of homes, specific properties etc. We sign this before we start looking at homes. This process is the same with any agent you use to look at homes.
